Brittney Booker was raised in the Spring, Texas area, where she danced for nineteen years. Since the age of 2, Miss Brittney attended and trained at Spring Academy of Dance. She received certificates in ISTD Exams starting with pre-primary to level 5 in Ballet, primary to intermediate major exams in Jazz, and pre-primary to gold medalist level, receiving a silver medal in tap. She also received a certificate in her Elementary RAD exam. In addition, Miss Brittney attended master classes for Minnesota Ballet, Houston Academy of Performing Arts and was invited to participate in a class for the Royal Academy of Teachers of Dancing, for training examiners. During her years in middle school, Miss Brittney participated in off campus PE classes where she danced 18 hours per week to receive her PE credits. During her freshman and sophomore years of high school, Miss Brittney joined the Klein Collins Tiger Belles drill team, where she was honored with invitations to dance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Orange Bowl half-time show. Miss Brittney is now attending Sam Houston State University where she is working on a degree in dance. Miss Brittney loves to share her love of dance in teaching younger children, allowing them to use their imagination and enthusiasm to learn how much fun dancing can be.
