Miss Jenn was born in Austin, Texas and moved to Houston at the age 13. She started dancing on her high school drill team. She danced all for years of high school and her senior year she was 2nd Captain. She continued to pursue her dream of dance into college. While she was attending North Harris Community College she danced on the Modern dance team and started choreographing pieces for her fellow dancers. Miss Jenn took two of her pieces to ACDF (American Dance College Festival). She was also over the UP-Beat Hip Hop team. Jenn has choreographed musicals such as “Urine Town” and “Cabaret” while also at North Harris. Her first musical she choreographed outside of North Harris was ”Beauty and the Beast” at Kline Collins. She subsequently continued on and choreographed “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” for the Texas Rep, as well as “Once Upon A Mattress”, “Kiss Me Kate”, and “God Spell” for The Applause children’s theatre. Miss Jenn has been with us since 2005.
