*Registration fee: covers our insurance and office administration costs for your child and is due at the time of registration.

Recital fee: will include unlimited tickets for parents, rental of facility, props, and back drops, insurance for event, security and cleaning crew, staff, lighting, DVD & sound.

Payments: We provide automatic billing for monthly tuition payments. (If you prefer not to participate in automatic billing, payments can be made for one semester or one year in advance.)

Tuition is due the 25th of the month for the following month and is late after the 1st. For example: If I were paying for September, tuition is due August 25th and is late after September 1. If you are doing auto pay, it is charged on the 25th of the month.

DRESS CODE & WARDROBE RULES

1. Cover ups must be worn to and from dance class.
2. Dance shoes must not be worn outside.
3. No jewelry other than pierced studs.

Shoes

1. Pink ballet shoes for ballet.
2. Black jazz shoes for jazz, and pom.

(Dance Fantastic in Conroe carries these items, so does Payless and Wal-Mart.)

Dance Attire: (Should be black and/or pink)
1. Pom: capri-jazz pants and leotard or a leotard and bike shorts.
2. Ballet: leotard or biketard. Skirts are optional.
4. Dance bag with name on it for your shoes & dance attire.
5. Folder for hand-outs & color pages, to be kept in dance bag.

Hair

Hair must be in a ponytail or pulled back in bun.

When coming to class

The Lone Star Jazz staff will be picking up the kids from school and walking them over to change and for class. Please pack a snack and/or drink for your child. They will have time for snack before class begins.

Performances

Octoberfest, Christmas show with school, Christmas parade, community performances, and end of the year recital.

Policies
* Lone Star Jazz reserves the right to combine, cancel, or add new classes based on enrollment.
*We follow all of Sacred Heart School holidays & inclement weather conditions.
*Registration, tuition, costume, recital & competition fees are non-refundable.
*One month drop notice must be given in writing to stop auto-pay. Failure to do so will make you responsible for payment.
